We have been growing dent corn the past three years so that we can make our own corn meal. It is a lot of work from start to finish but with most of the corn in the USA being genetically modified now, growing and processing it yourself is well worth the effort.

Winter On The Farm

Although things are a little slower on the farm in the Winter months we are still full steam ahead at the year round Farmers Markets we participate in.
